Open Access Policy

All manuscripts are published under Open Access which are freely accessed to the full text immediately on publication under a Creative Commons Attribution licence. The CC BY license permits commercial and non-commercial re-use of an open access article as long as the author is given appropriate credit.

All research articles published in IFSMRC African international Journal of Research in Management are fully open access: immediately freely available to read, download and share. Articles are published under the terms of a Creative Commons license which permits use, distribution and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.
