EQUILIBRIUM METRICS: A COMPOSITE DESIRABILITY INDEX FOR NEGATIVE AND ZERO DESIRABILITY SITUATIONS
Abstract
In various decision-making contexts, there arise situations where negative or zero desirability outcomes must be comprehensively assessed and balanced. This paper introduces an innovative approach, the Equilibrium Metrics, which presents a robust Composite Desirability Index designed to handle such scenarios. We propose a framework that accommodates the complexities of negative and zero desirability and leverages multi-dimensional data to provide a unified evaluation tool. By employing Equilibrium Metrics, decision-makers can make informed choices, optimize resource allocation, and mitigate risks in unconventional contexts where conventional metrics fall short.
