Abstract

This paper explores the significance of knowledge sharing within the context of business clusters and networks. In an increasingly interconnected and competitive business environment, organizations thrive by harnessing collective intelligence and leveraging shared knowledge. The study delves into the dynamics and benefits of knowledge sharing, highlighting its potential to foster collaboration, innovation, and sustainable growth. Drawing on empirical research and case studies, the paper identifies key factors that facilitate effective knowledge sharing within business clusters and networks. Furthermore, it examines various strategies, platforms, and tools that can enhance knowledge exchange, encouraging synergy and promoting the overall success of the participating entities. Ultimately, this research aims to shed light on the transformative potential of knowledge sharing and provide valuable insights for businesses operating within cluster and network contexts.
