THE IMPACT OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS ON ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE: A COMPREHENSIVE ANALYSIS
Abstract
This comprehensive analysis examines the impact of Human Resource Management (HRM) systems on organizational performance. HRM systems encompass a wide range of practices and policies that organizations use to effectively manage their workforce. The objective of this research is to shed light on the relationship between HRM systems and organizational performance by conducting a systematic review of existing literature and empirical studies. The analysis considers various dimensions of HRM, including recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisal, and compensation and benefits. The findings highlight the significant influence of HRM systems on enhancing organizational performance.
